Arlettles' cornbread recipe

ingredients

2 large eggs

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup sugar

1 cup all purpose flour

1&1/2 cups selfrising buttermilk cornbread mix



procedure: preheat oven to 400f. in a medium mixing bowl, beat the egges. then add the oil, sugar, and buttermilk mix until well combined. then add the flour and cornbread mix and mix until well incorporated. in a 9by13 inch pan add about a tablespoon of vegetable oil. place the pan in the preheated oven for about 2-3 minutes remove the pan from the oven and  then pour the mix in the hot pan place the pan in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until browned and a toothpick inserted come out clean. when it comes out of the oven spread some butter on it and enjoy
